Returns Policy

At GeoStore® we make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the product supplied. In the event of any problems our returns policy is outlined below.

Aerial and Framed Photos

If you have ordered a photographic print or a framed print, work will begin on the production of your customised product as soon as we receive your order, thus incurring material costs. You may only return the product if it is damaged or faulty. If your order is delivered by courier and the packaging is not intact, please do not accept the delivery. If this occurs, or there is a fault associated with production, please advise us by completing our Returns Form.

Digital Files

If you are not satisfied with your order you can cancel your order by returning the order media, within 7 working days of receiving it and with all seals unbroken, to

If you received your data by download and wish to return it, please complete a Returns Form and confirm that all copies of this data have been deleted.
