Delivery Policy

GeoStore® aims to despatch your order within 7 working days of taking your payment via WorldPay. We guarantee to send it within 28 days.

Aerial Photos

Photographic prints will be rolled and packed in tubes and sent by first class post. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for failures or delays within the postal system.

Framed Photos

GeoStore will deliver your customised framed print by courier to your door.

Framed prints will be wrapped in bubble-wrap, before being packed into the appropriate size box.

Please ensure you inspect goods for damage prior to signing for them. If the packaging or product is damaged please do not accept it from the courier. Airbus Defence and Space Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage once goods have been signed for and accepted from the courier. If you notice the product is damaged then please do not accept the goods from the courier and contact us on 0345 117 3010.

Digital Files

We aim to have digital data available on the download site within minutes. When the data is available you will receive notification by email.

Please note that orders will remain on the GeoStore download site for 7 days from completion, therefore it is recommended that data is collected and saved elsewhere as soon as possible.

If you ordered digital data for supply on CD or DVD these will be sent by first class post. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for failures or delays within the postal system. If your order is predicted to require more than 100 DVD's the GeoStore support team will contact you with an estimate of order processing times and to discuss alternative media options.
